I am an earthy, quirky, nerdy therapist specializing in client-centered deep brain therapies, I hold the unwavering belief that there is magic inside of all of us.

In our sessions, we’ll tune into what’s happening within, using the brain’s language of metaphors and imagery. Together, we’ll engage your limbic system with subcortical experiences that promote lasting and efficient healing, incorporating somatic mindfulness and bilateral stimulation like eye movements and bilateral sound.
