That’s where extended sessions come in—giving us space to explore what feels most pressing, without the rush. Whether we meet more frequently for deeper focus or stretch out sessions as needed, it’s about finding the rhythm that works best for you.

This is a unique way to explore deep brain therapies like Flash, ART, & Brainspotting, while engaging in activities like gardening, storytelling, or co-regulating with nature. It’s about having the space and time you need to think, feel, and experiment—at your own pace, in your own setting.
