ADAPT PDX Counseling LLC Trauma Therapy Intensives

— work with me —

Focused Trauma & Chronic Pain Intensives

For brilliant, nerdy, wildly self-aware adults who are done circling — and ready to work.

Three hours. One clear focus. A deliberate container for change.

This is not open-ended weekly therapy. It’s a focused, immersive Saturday intensive — designed for people who already know what the work is and are ready to go straight to it.
We work at the nervous-system level using ART, EMDR, Brainspotting, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and the Flash Technique.

You come with a direction. We work with precision. You integrate and return to living.

Where does the charge live?

Two entry points. Both immersive. Both designed for real nervous system change. You begin where the activation is strongest.

Memory Reprocessing Intensive

A specific memory or issue still carries charge.

A moment — or pattern of moments — that hijacks you when something reminds you of it. Not endless retelling. Not analysis alone. Reprocessing.

Chronic Pain Intensive

Neuroplastic pain tied to stress or trauma.

Flares during conflict. Disappears on vacation. Moves and shifts and defies clean explanation. We work with the brain-body loop — not the symptom.

Different entry points. Same depth.

is this right for you?

This model works best for people who are stable, resourced, and ready for concentrated work.

You don’t need years of prior therapy. You need clarity about what you want to shift — and a willingness to stay with the process, even when it stretches you.

Meet Your Therapist

Part forest-library guide. Part nervous-system strategist.

Hi, I’m Ashley Jopling — I specialize in focused trauma and chronic pain intensives for adults who are deeply self-aware, and ready to do concentrated work.

My clients are often imaginative, creative, high-capacity humans who have already done meaningful inner work. They don’t need endless exploration. They need precision.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and yes — occasionally nerdy. You can swear. Laugh. Reference Lord of the Rings. Map your survival strategies in real time.

If this feels oddly specific, that’s intentional.

If You're Done Waiting — Step Into the Work.

A focused container. A schedule that respects your life. A guide fluent in both nervous systems and fantasy novels.
