Taking a little time away to welcome my newest family member. I’ll be back in Spring 2026 with therapy intensive openings. Be the first to know!

Portland & Online 3-hour Saturday intensives

Trauma Therapy Intensives + Chronic Pain Intensives
for Brilliant, Nerdy, Wildly Self-Aware Adults

3-hour Saturday intensives to process what’s stuck — without committing to weekly therapy.

If you already know what the work is… this is where we go straight to it.
Slow enough to be true. Focused enough to move.

Using ART, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, we work at the nervous-system level — not just at the surface.

Not a quick fix — deep work, held with structure and momentum.

The people this is for

You Think Deeply. You Feel Deeply. You’re Not Afraid of the Work.

Brilliant, nerdy, self-aware adults — this space was built for you.

Maybe you grew up reading fantasy like it was a roadmap for surviving the real world.
Maybe you process life through metaphor, systems, and pattern recognition.
Maybe you’ve always felt attuned — to the energy in the room, to the land beneath your feet, to the deeper story beneath the surface.

You are not “too much.” You are not dramatic. You are not broken.

You are perceptive. patterned. A little mystical. And deeply capable.
Your therapy should meet you there.

You’ve likely read the books. You may have done therapy before. Insight is not your edge.

You want to work directly with the core memory — the pattern that still fires in your body.
Depth. Momentum. Real shift.

For People Who Are Done Circling

You can name the memory. You know the patterns. You feel where it lives in your nervous system.

What’s been missing isn’t awareness. It’s uninterrupted space.

This is not open-ended weekly therapy.

This is a focused, immersive container — 3-hour Saturday intensives designed for real nervous system change.
Grounded. Intentional. Nervous-system focused.

This is a container for people willing to face what hurts — because they understand that unprocessed pain doesn’t disappear.
It waits.
And you are done waiting.

Choose your doorway

Where does the charge live?

There are two primary doorways into this work. Both are immersive. Both are imaginative. Both are designed for real nervous system change. You begin where the charge lives.

Memory Reprocessing Intensive

For a specific trauma, stuck memory, or moment that still carries charge in your body.

Using ART, EMDR, and Brainspotting, we work directly with the imprint so it no longer hijacks you when something reminds you of it.

Not endless retelling. Not analysis alone.

Reprocessing. When the charge resolves, the trigger loses its grip.

Chronic Pain Intensive

For neuroplastic pain patterns tied to stress, emotional load, or unresolved trauma.

  • Flares during conflict
  • Disappears on vacation
  • Moves. Shifts. Defies explanation.

We work with the brain-body loop itself.
Not chasing symptoms. Not fighting your body.
Rewiring the pattern at the nervous-system level.

Different entry points. Same depth.

Meet your therapist

Hi, I’m Ashley.

Part forest-library guide. Part nervous-system strategist.

I specialize in focused trauma and chronic pain intensives for adults who are deeply self-aware and ready to do concentrated work.

My clients are often imaginative, analytical, high-capacity humans who have already done meaningful inner work. They don’t need endless exploration. They need precision.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and yes — occasionally nerdy. You can swear. Laugh. Reference Lord of the Rings. Map your survival strategies in real time. Cry without being rushed.
If this feels oddly specific, that’s intentional.

I work at the intersection of brain-based trauma therapies — ART, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy — because depth requires skill, not just insight.

In a world that normalizes burnout and emotional numbness, choosing to face what hurts is an act of clarity.
And I’ll guide you there.

The container

A Structure That Respects Your Life — and the Depth of the Work

We begin with a consultation to determine whether this intensive model is the right fit. Because immersive work requires readiness.

It requires stability. Clarity about what you want to address. And a willingness to stay with the process — even when it stretches you.

This model works best for people who are stable, resourced, and ready for concentrated work.

You may come in with one clear memory — or a list of thirty. Life is rarely clean-cut. We choose one entry point — one primary target — and begin there.

After an intensive, many clients continue with 90-minute follow-ups on a monthly or as-needed basis for integration or deeper work.

This is not open-ended weekly therapy.

A quick fit check

  • 3-hour Saturday intensives
  • Portland (Pearl District) or online in Oregon
  • Private pay
  • Focused targets, deep processing

If you’re looking for consistent weekly support, I’m not the right provider at this time. If you’re ready for structured depth — this container may fit you beautifully.

Clarity protects both of us.

Questions

Not sure if this is right for you? Start here.

Do you take insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider. Superbills are available for intensives only (not consultations).

Where are sessions held?

Online or in-person in Portland’s Pearl District (clients must be in Oregon at time of service).

What is a therapy intensive?

A structured alternative to weekly therapy. We meet for a focused 3-hour Saturday session centered on one primary target, using ART, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

Do I need prior therapy experience?

No — but you do need clarity about what you want to work on and readiness for concentrated work.
