Taking a little time away to welcome my newest family member. I’ll be back in Spring 2026 with therapy intensive openings. Be the first to know!
This is for you if:
We’ll use evidence-based brain therapies—ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Brainspotting, EMDR, and the Flash Technique—to help your brain recode how the memory lives inside you.
This isn’t storytelling therapy. It’s nervous system-level change.
A 3-4 hour session–ideal for focused issues or a clear memory loop.
The sample agenda below is based on a 3-hour therapy intensive. However, layout and pacing are often very individualized by design based on support needs and preferences.
We ease in with getting clear on your goals, targets, symptoms, and creating a customized treatment plan for your intensive.
We may test out different forms of bilateral stimulation. Get an understanding of how your system responds, and prepare for processing work.
Focused on resolving a specific trauma or emotional pain using deep brain modalities like ART, EMDR, and Brainspotting.
A follow-up mini session to review progress, integrate insights, and discuss next steps.
A structured deep-dive, Friday–Sunday, ideal for processing 1-3 memories, or working through a long standing experience.
3-day intensives are booked Friday through Sundays. However, layout and pacing are often very individualized by design based on support needs and preferences.
The entire first day of the 1-day intensive. See schedule above.
Continued work on processing targeted treatment goals (memories, issues, themes).
Final processing session working on targeted treatment goals (memories, issues, themes), followed by a wrap up and after care strategies.
A follow-up mini session to review progress, integrate insights, and discuss next steps.
Book shorter sessions (90–120 min) to continue integration or work on another memory following a 1 or 3 day intensive.
This isn’t weekly therapy. It’s a focused reset—designed to create noticeable change.
Where you do this work matters—and your nervous system knows what kind of setting helps it soften.
Convenient and cozy. Perfect if you prefer healing from your own space.
Private, calm, and grounded in the city. For clients who want structure with comfort.
Want to do this work surrounded by nature? If you have a quiet outdoor space, we can bring the work to you. This option is especially supportive for clients with sensory needs or eco-regulation preferences.
